Refund policy

  1. Return Policy
    If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, regardless of the reason, he has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the product without any explanation. The customer can return the purchased product, provided that:
    - The product has not been washed or used in any way (other than reasonable wear and tear from
    examining and testing the product).
    - The product is complete (two elements forming a pair must be returned together)
    - The customer must assume the shipping charges, for returns relating to orders inside USA, the shipping costs for returning the products.
  2. Returns
    The products should be returned with their original labels.
    Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned goods, Roxanavincelliusa will refund the price of the product within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the goods
  3. Product Exchange
    As a rule, the products can not be changed. To obtain a product in another color or another size, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order from the website.
  4. Return of Gifts
    To return a product received as a gift, the customer must contact the person who gave him the gift and ask to make the procedure for gift return. Repayment will be made in the same way than the original payment.
  5. Information on Refunds
    Refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.
    We will not refund until it has received the product and verifying the condition; once the conditions of the item have been verified, the customer will receive a refund amount within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will ship via international certified mail.
